Trump, the President of the United States, has voiced his disapproval of the Supreme Court’s decision to prevent his tariffs on countries outside the United States. Trump stated that the tariffs, which are designed to be paid by foreign countries, will replace the modern-day income tax system and alleviate the financial burden from the citizens of the United States. This statement was made during his State of the Nation speech, which was delivered on Tuesday (local time). The President of the United States stated, “I believe that the tariffs, which are paid for by foreign countries, will substantially replace the modern-day system of income tax, thereby relieving a significant financial burden from the people that I love.”

His statements were made in the presence of the four Supreme Court judges who were present at Trump’s annual address. Chief Justice John Roberts, Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Elena Kagan were among the judges who were there. First, the President of the United States greeted and shook hands with all four of them. Later, he lashed out, which reflected the ongoing tension between him and the judges regarding the decision to rule out the imposition of tariffs that was announced on Friday. In this decision, three conservative judges, Roberts, Barrett, and Neil Gorsuch, joined forces with their liberal colleagues and ruled out the tariff decision.

BEING DISGUSTED OF THE JUDGES
There have been previous instances in which Trump has voiced his disapproval of the Supreme Court judges’ decision to reject the tariffs. Following the announcement of the judgment, the President of the United States of America expressed his displeasure with the three conservative judges who had decided against him. He stated that he was ashamed of them. In addition, the President of the United States referred to the three judges as “fools” and “lapdogs” for the radical-left Democrats and the “RINOs,” which is an abbreviation for “Republican In Name Only,” which is a term that conservative Republicans use to taunt other Republicans who are considered to be disloyal to the party. Additionally, he referred to Gorsuch and Barrett as a source of shame for their respective families.

During the years 2017 and 2020, respectively, the Republican President appointed both Gorsuch and Barrett to their respective positions. In spite of the fact that he publicly criticized them, Trump expressed his gratitude to Brett Kavanaugh, whom he appointed in 2018.
